Please make sure your shipping and contact details are correct to avoid delays.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery times
Dispar Vulgo ships within the EU in 1-3 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
Free standard shipping is available for all orders.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Use this tracking number to check the status of your order.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or absence, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or collect.
If the package is returned to us, we may charge extra for redelivery.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours via info@disparvulgoclo.com
Please include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable) to help us find a solution.
Delays
