We aim to ensure that every order and delivery runs smoothly — from checkout to your doorstep. Please read our policy below for more information on how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed directly through our official website www.disparvulgoclo.com.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
Important: Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact information are entered correctly at checkout. Dispar Vulgo is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect details.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods (such as sales or new collection drops), processing may take slightly longer.
If we expect any delay in processing your order, you will be notified by email.
3. Shipping Options
At checkout, we offer several shipping methods depending on your location.
All orders are shipped with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
You will see available shipping methods and costs during checkout before completing your order.
4. Delivery Times
- Netherlands & EU: 1–3 business days
- Rest of the world: 3–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
We currently offer:
- Free standard shipping on all orders within the EU.
- Express shipping options are available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout).
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
7. Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If you purchase an item on pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page.
Your order will be shipped once all items are available.
If you prefer split shipping (available items sent first), please contact us, additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address, or
- Absence at the delivery location,
the courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, additional shipping fees may apply.
Dispar Vulgo is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@disparvulgoclo.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description or photos of the issue
We will review your case promptly and offer a suitable solution (replacement, refund, or reshipment).
10. Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier network issues
- Customs checks
- Extreme weather conditions
- High seasonal demand
Dispar Vulgo is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
11. Address Changes or Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
We can only make changes before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
