Exchange and Return

Welcome to Dispar Vulgo 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you can exchange or return your item in accordance with the policy below.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as sale or discounted at the time of purchase.
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage. 

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Email us at info@disparvulgoclo.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item name
    • The reason for return or exchange
  2. You will receive return instructions and the correct return address from us.
  3. Package the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your return or exchange within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
  • We recommend sending your return with tracking or registered mail to ensure it can be traced.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you return only part of your order, any original shipping costs will not be refunded.
