At DISPAR VULGO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please read our policy below.
Conditions for exchanges and returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original condition and all labels and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Gift vouchers or vouchers.
- Personalised or customised items.
- Items marked as ‘sale’ at the time of purchase.
Exchanges or returns
Please contact us at info@disparvulgoclo.com with the details of your order and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will give you instructions on how to return the item to us.
Once we have received and checked the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 working days.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
For exchanges, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7-10 working days to appear in your account.
